A: That is someone that is there to represent you and only you! Only a buyers agent can run a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) against the home you may buy, to make sure you are not overpaying!

A: Any agent can be a buyers agent, but a Realtor, can enhance there knowledge with further educational courses specializing in exclusively working with a person(s) wanting to buy a home! After passing a test and working with multiple home purchasers, a Realtor can be an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR).
