Does staging a Home make a difference?
The way you live in your home and the way you market and sell your house are two different things. Staging is a marketing tool used to make your home stand out from the other houses on the market. When a home is put up for sale it becomes a product. Just like other commodities for sale, your house needs to stand out from similar products in the market place.
No matter what the home’s age, price or location Home Staging can work. Staging focuses on designing a plan that will generate the maximum amount of offers, not around personal taste.
An Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) works with many different types of clients with different needs, challenges, time frames, and budgets. Some require a simple consultation that can be self-executed, others require full Staging services.
I work with a stager, a true stager, with the ASP degree! Make sure you have a genuine one, and not just someone that "decorates" or a REALTOR that says "I can do that"!
