Each featured area page, has every subdivision that is selling a home. Not only does it link to the homes for sale, but also has a "Map it" link, that shows where the area is. This is ease of use! We also display the "HOA Dues" and a new feature that allows you to quickly search the web for information on that subdivision! "Search www" (this is usually information found on City-Data).

What does that mean to a Seller of a home?
