For one thing, we won't be driving up in the latest BMW7 series. We are humble! You will not find our office unless you come over to our home for a bar-b-que.

Ask yourself this: How much time did you spend inside one of those store front real estate offices? Last time I was there I felt like I was in a specialist doctors office with all the marble floors and Granite countertops. Did they sit you down at that $5,000 dollar cherry table for 10 minutes? What about the 2,000 square feet of cubicles that are half empty, because all they try and do is fill them up with there 90% failure rate of new real estate agents! Who do you think pays for all that? You do, with that extra 2% commission you pay them! It's time to "Get Smart" with YOUR money, and remember "This dog won't bite your Wallet!"

Let's face it, most of the business is done out in the "field", when you are looking at homes! Real estate agents work out of their car, for the most part. When a home needs to be looked at, it is done thru a service ~ CSS. When you need to talk to me call my cell phone (704.607.4729), open 9 to 9, I only put it on vibrate when I am on a listing presentation, out of courtesy to the client! If I need to do something on my Laptop, I can buy you a cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks, and be on the road again!
